I followed the step described in the Windows update forum posting instructions.
WINDOWS 10 18362 ISO UPGRADE
I tried to create a windows media installation ISO and run the upgrade from there but it also failed. I tried to run SFCFix but it was hanging before completion. I tried to reset Windows update but it doesn't changed anything. When I started to find solution to fix the problem I tried theses options: I tried to repair the problem for weeks but I am unable to fix it alone, I hope you can help me. The OS installed is a windows 10 (18362.356).
